1.1 Description: Hire360 provides skills-based assessments and tools to aid in the hiring process.
1.2 Usage: The services are for personal and individual use. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.
1.3 Eligibility: Users must be at least 16 years old, or older if required by applicable laws for lawful service usage.
1.4 Affiliates: Services may be provided through our affiliates.

3. Users and Account Creation

3.1 Account Options: Users can access services as a "User" without an account or as a "Member" with an account.
3.2 Account Creation: To create an account, provide your email and create a password.
3.3 Account Security: Safeguard your account details and password. Notify us of any unauthorized access.
3.4 Unauthorized Access: Report any unauthorized access immediately. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized use.

4. Rights and Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance: Use the services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
4.2 Accuracy: Ensure all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
4.3 Prohibited Actions: Do not record, disclose, or share assessment tests and materials.
4.4 Restrictions: Do not misrepresent your identity, duplicate services, reverse engineer software, or violate intellectual property rights.

5. Modifications and Downtime

5.1 Service Changes: We may occasionally modify services and will use reasonable efforts to inform you.
5.2 Availability: Services may become unavailable due to maintenance, hardware failures, security threats, or legal reasons. We will try to provide notice for scheduled outages.
5.3 Liability: We are not liable for damages due to service unavailability.

6. Beta Products

6.1 Testing: You may be invited to test new features or products.
6.2 Nature of Beta Products: Beta products may contain errors and are for limited evaluation.
6.3 Disclaimer: Beta products are provided "AS IS" without any warranties.
6.4 Discontinuation: We may terminate beta products at any time.

9. Customer Content

10.1 Disclaimer: Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

11. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

11.1 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your use of the services.
11.2 Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11.3 Limit: Our liability is limited to EUR 50.00.
11.4 Exceptions: Limitations do not apply to liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence, or intent.

12. Account Suspension

12.2 Liability for Suspension: We are not liable for damages resulting from account suspension.

13. Term and Termination

13.1 Termination: Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time.
13.2 Material Breach: We may suspend services or close accounts for material breaches.
13.3 Post-Termination: Upon termination, cease using services, and we will delete your data as required by law.
13.4 Survival: Certain sections will survive termination, including those on intellectual property, data, and liability.

14. General

14.1 Transferability: You may not transfer your rights or account without our consent.
14.2 Changes: We may amend these Terms and will notify you of material changes.
14.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
14.4 Severability: If any provision is found void, the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect.
